One of the biggest misconceptions that people have is, “you can eat whatever you want as long as you work out.” If you want a healthy, clean and fit body, you have to eat clean. There are some people that work out religiously but aren’t in good shape. It doesn’t matter how hard you go in the gym if you don’t control what’s on your plate. If you want those abs…if you want to be lean and toned, then you must eat healthy.
Remember, you don’t have to eat less. You just have to eat right!
